me begin by introducing myself. My name is Teresa Post and I am based in Boone County, IL. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher, Life Coach and Personal Trainer. I am a member of Hands On Trade Association and International Natural Healers Association . I am an Ordained Minister and Spiritual Healer with Universal Life Church. I also have a diploma in Astrology and Parapsychology. I have been practicing Reiki since June
2006 and I became a Reiki Master in October 2006. I have been
practicing meditation for over fifteen years. I became a Certified
Transformation Meditation Teacher in October 2009 and a Mastery of Meditation Teacher June 2010. I obtained my state massage license and national certification in massage therapy and bodywork in 2009. I became a Certified Life Coach in June 2011, a Certified Personal Trainer in September 2011 and in October 2011 I became a Certified Instructor with Reiki Blessings Academy. I am also certified in Raja Yoga and I am also certified as a Mastery of Yoga Teacher.
I offer a variety of services both online and in person. I offer services through phone, Skype, or instant messenger. If you prefer I offer my services online through Bitwine or Keen. Each page on the website includes links to my services.
